Neon Electric Yellow Powder
This is a vibrant colour that's fresh and bright. It's approved for lip, nail and skincare products. This powder disperses in water, oil, glycerin or alcohol. While this is a non bleeding colourant, it can migrate into other colours or stain washcloths if too much is used. CP stable.
