Lotion Base, Easy

This is a ready to use lotion base that is so easy to use. It's consistency allows for multiple packaging options. It's loaded with Sunflower Oil and can be used as is, or you can customize your lotion with added oil, colour and fragrance. It is paraben free, phthalate free, gluten free and sulphate free. No heat necessary! No thickening required.

Directions: Weigh desired amount of lotion. If desired, add extra oil of your choice, cosmetic grade fragrance and body safe colour. Stir together until smooth and homogeneous (approx 5 - 10 minutes). Pour into container. NOTE: The base will emulsify up to 3% of liquid oil.

Ingredients: Aqua, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower Seed Oil), Polysorbate 20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Carbomer, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hydroxide.

Maximum Fragrance: 1%
Maximum Liquid Additives: 3%

Recommended Container: Plastic jar, bottle or tube.

Recommended Colour Additives:
Liquid Dye, Mica Powder, Mica Liquid

Maximum Fragrance Note: Some fragrance and essential oils may thin or thicken this base. You will want to conduct performance testing to ensure your final product performs as you desire.
