Golden Brands 464 Soy Wax (Container)

Golden Brands 464 Soy Wax is a popular choice for candle makers crafting container candles. This natural soy wax can hold a lot of fragrance oil and is blended with soy based additives which help reduce frosting and is consistent over time. Finished candles have a smooth and creamy appearance with superior fragrance throw. A favourite of soy candle makers everywhere!

Directions:
All wax should be aired out 24-48 hours prior to using to remove excess moisture. Open up bag and stir/rotate wax every few hours. Store in a cool, dry area.

Heat to 170°F - 175°F in a double boiler or melter. Add fragrance oil and colourant, and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Let cool to 125°F - 145°F before pouring. As with all soy wax, a cure time of 2 weeks is recommended before burning for optimal hot throw.

WARNING: Never melt wax on direct heat such as stove burner, always use a melter or double boiler method.
