Lavender Floral Water
Lavender Floral Water makes an fresh and calming spray or addition to homemade cosmetics and soap. Incorporate into the water phase of the formula. This floral water can be implemented into your soap, linen spray, lotion, shampoo and perfume recipes.
Floral Waters are produced by adding essential oil and absolutes to distilled water. They are water soluble and have a lighter aroma than an essential oil. They are considered ideal additives to toners, masks, lotions, shampoos and other water soluble cosmetics. They are commonly used as linen and iron spray. Floral waters can be used directly on the skin without dilution. Note that Lavender Floral Water may have a clear to cloudy appearance. This cloudiness is normal and does not affect quality or performance.
INCI: Lavendula Angustofolia (Lavender) Water, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid
DIRECTIONS: Slowly stir into the water portion of your formulation. Common uses for this product are linen and iron spray (80-100%), lotions, shampoos, shower gels and liquid washes (5-20%), toners and masks (15-50%). Floral waters can be used directly on the skin without dilution.
TIPS: Floral Waters are water soluble and have a lighter aroma than essential oils. Test your final product to insure optimal performance.
STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase.
