Leucidal Liquid
Leucidal Liquid is a natural preservative derived from radishes. Along with its preserving attributes for bacteria, Leucidal Liquid also adds moisturizing and conditioning properties. Combine this antimicrobial preservative with the fungus fighting Amticide Coconut for protection against yeast and mold. Water Soluble.
INCI: Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate
Paraben Free. Formaldehyde Free.
Manufacturing Temperatures: No Higher than 158ºF
Formula pH: Best Between pH 3 and pH 8, below 6 preferred.
Directions:
Recommended use level: 2% - 4%. Shake well before use.
It is recommended to start with Leucidal Liquid at 4%. Monitor the interaction of Leucidal Liquid with other ingredients for compatibility. Incorporate Leucidal Liquid into formuations at a pH between 3 - 8 (below 6 preferred), during cooling phase of the process at temperatures lower than 70ºC (158ºF).
