The Basics of Aromatherapy

Our Basics of Aromatherapy information session will provide you with a good introduction to using essential oils for yourself, your family and your friends in a safe and appropriate way! Whether you are brand new to the world of aromatherapy or have dabbled on your own but just aren’t sure where to access good, accurate information to grow from, this session will introduce you to the tools you need. Learn how these amazing botanicals are created, safe applications, and how they can bring more vibrancy and better health for all ages.

**Instructor: Gayle Russell CAHP

As a Natural Health Care Practitioner and Clinical Aromatherapist for the last 16 years, Gayle has been instrumental in changing the face of Aromatherapy in Canada; through her service to the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists, as President, Board member and Curriculum Development team member, in working to bring the science of Aromatherapy to recognized international standards. 
Gayle's work has encompassed clinical settings in Pregnancy, Geriatric, Cancer and Palliative care. Product development and Workshop facilitation for both the professional and the lay person, have been a passion for the last decade. It is a joy for Gayle to be able to share her knowledge with others. 

Class Policies:

· Attendees must be 16 years or older to participate.
· Please do not bring along children (babies count as children :) or pets or partners or friends to class. We agree that coming with a friend can be lots of fun! So we encourage you to sign them up too and take the class together. Each class registration fee is for one participant only. You may transfer your spot to someone else at any time prior to class. Please notify us of the change at mail@candorasoap.ca
· Class must be paid in full at time of registration. Spaces cannot be held without a processed payment.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel/reschedule your registration up until one week prior to class and receive a full refund. Within a week of class (7 days) you will receive 50% of your registration fee. There are no refunds for no shows. To cancel/reschedule your registered class participation, please submit notification by email to mail@candorasoap.ca. The date of this notification will determine notice given. NOTE: This class has a minimum participant requirement. We reserve the right to cancel the class should we have less registered participants then required. Should we need to cancel for this reason, you will be notified at least 48 hours prior to class start time. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund.
