what is the difference between Essential Oil and Fragrance Oils??? thanks in advance sincerely John-Paul :)

Essential oils are distilled directly from the plant - but fragrance oils are made from chemicals that smell like the item you want to mimic. Usually essential oils are much more expensive as plants are needed to make the oil - for example - Lavender essential oil is distilled from lavender flowers.  Sometimes you’ll see a fragrance that is a combination of both - one margarita fragrance I like has essential oil of limes added.
